Westchester Wash Co. ("we", "us") provides mobile car detailing in Westchester County, New York. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us or book a service, how we use it, and the choices you have. You can reach us about any of it at [email protected] or (914) 598-1302.

What we collect

When you call, text or email us, we collect what you share to set up and carry out the job: your name, phone number, email address if you use it, the address where the vehicle will be, details about the vehicle, the service you want, and any notes about its condition. If you pay by card or a payment app, the payment provider handles your payment details; we do not store card numbers.

Our website does not ask you to create an account and does not use advertising cookies at this time. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, collects standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited to run and secure the site.

How we use it

We use your information to confirm appointments, find the vehicle, do the work you asked for, send reminders and updates about your appointment, take payment, answer your questions, and keep basic records of jobs we have done. We may also use it to let you know about a service you have used before, for example a reminder when a maintenance wash is due. You can tell us to stop at any time.

Text messages

When you text us or ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from Westchester Wash Co. about your appointments and your requests. Message frequency depends on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Your phone number and text message consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as our phone and texting provider, payment processors, scheduling tools and website hosting, and only as needed to provide the service. We may also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Keeping and protecting it

We keep job records for as long as we need them for bookkeeping and to serve you as a returning customer. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes
